onscherpte met de canon 500D

ik heb de canon 500D maar als ik met het rode puntje scherpstel dan is het beeld een beetje wazig.

zou dit een fabrieks fout zijn?

mijn probleem is opgelost mijn dioptrie had ik nog niet ingesteld en nu is hij wel scherp.
